Reasons Why I’ll Make a Great AAE

Because of my diverse background and intensely thorough researching habits, occasionally people ask what draws me to advertising account management. It has a lot to do with my passions and personality.

Here are my top ten reasons why I’ll make a fabulous assistant account executive:

10. I believe in good manners. Business chivalry.

9. I am resourceful as hell.

8. As a lifelong reader, people-watcher, and story person, I can easily switch perspectives.

7. I am a good listener. Not just for words, but for nuances too.

6. Nurses tell me I would make a great nurse.

5. I am huge on customer service as a consumer and hold the same standard for myself– personally and professionally.

4. I managed bands– I know how to deal with artists.

3. I managed bands– I know what it’s like to build and nurture the artists and never get credit for the art or its success. It’s never bothered me.

2. My relationships are my most valued possessions.

1. I want this role more than anything I’ve ever wanted in my life.
